We are excited to announce the commencement of a significant new construction project, a 1200 square foot tenant improvement for CPL Labs. This laboratory will be situated at 8623 North Loop, El Paso, Texas 79907. The lab will predominantly serve the Lower Valley region, bringing crucial medical services closer to the community.

Our project involves the transformation of an existing space into a sophisticated laboratory, designed to meet the specific technical and functional needs of CPL Labs. The project will encompass a comprehensive overhaul of the interior space, integrating advanced structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

The focus of this project is to create an efficient, safe, and conducive environment for the laboratory staff while maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and functionality. The design will ensure ease of mobility and workflow, with distinct zones for various laboratory functions.
